I created this fitness program to ensure you always have a workout at hand. Each day, you’ll get a quick overview of the session, followed by the workout itself—simple, effective, and to the point. There’s no warm-up, no strength work, and no extras—just a short, intense session designed to get you sweating.

The program runs for 7 days a week. Most workouts take 30 minutes or less, though some may be slightly longer or shorter.
