Q: How does the coaching work?
A: You get a personalised training plan, simple nutrition guidance, weekly check-ins, and WhatsApp support. I guide you week by week so you stay consistent.


Q: How does the payment work?
A: You can pay for the 12-week program in full or in monthly installments of £150. That works out to just £37.50 per week for the full program.


Q: Do I need a gym?
A: No. You can train at home or in a gym. I build the plan around what you have.


Q: What equipment do I need?
A: At minimum: a few dumbbells or resistance bands. If you have more, great—I’ll use it.


Q: Is this suitable for beginners?
A: Yes. I coach real people, not athletes. I keep everything clear, safe, and doable.


Q: What does the nutrition part include?
A: Simple targets you can follow—no strict meal plans, no cutting out foods. Just realistic guidance that works.


Q: How often can I message you?
A: Mon–Fri during reasonable hours. I reply daily.


Q: What happens after I sign up?
A: You fill out a quick form, we do a short onboarding call, and your plan is built within 48 hours.


Q: Can I continue after the 12 weeks?
A: Yes. Most clients continue month-to-month for support, progress, and updated plans.
